Star Street, or the Pilgrim's Route is believed to be the road taken by the Virgin Mary and Joseph on their way to the Nativity.
It is also believed to be the site of the historic Gate of Bethlehem from David's time.
For centuries, all pilgrim coming to Bethlehem went along this way to reach the birthplace of Christ.
Today Star Street has some of the most beautiful 19th century constructions that enchant the eye along the way to the Nativity.
